Do I need any workout equipment to complete this challenge?

What level of fitness is this challenge for?

This challenge is open to all fitness levels! We’re not about shredded abs, unrealistic thigh gaps, or so-called “beach bodies”— everybody is welcome on our beach. Yes, you!

Will I have to go on a diet?

At Dunnebells we ARE about educating you on how food can work for you, and not be something you need to be scared of, or obsessed with. We’re all FOR helping you explore ways in which you can move and nourish yourself so you feel and look your best, whatever your best is - based on your goals.

I can’t make it live but i still want to do the challenge. what should i do?

We are busy people. We get it. No worries!
All the replays will be posted following the event for you to binge, Netflix style.
