+ What is this program about?

Let me explain exactly why this exists. I think too many people (myself included sometimes) look at working out as a chore. Something we have to add to a very long list of things we have "to do". It's not always rainbows and butterflies, but I truly believe the act of moving our bodies is something we should NEVER take for granted. I always think of my clients in wheelchairs, or my clients who are physically unable to move much, and I cannot help but remind myself that it's a blessing I get to move. I get to be active. I GET TO WORK OUT!

I'm so excited about this fired up membership. I believe you will all benefit from crushing these workouts with me, and it's going to keep me hella accountable to push myself even harder with my own workouts!

If you follow me on Instagram, you likely know I am training for the West Coast Trail. I have never completed an overnight backpacking trip, and here I got about to embark on one for 6 nights. I am terrified, but the best things come from outside of our comfort zones. So, I am ready and I am happy to have you join me!

+ What can I expect?

You can expect 3 strength workouts uploaded to your profile in the app every Sunday by 9 pm. These workouts will have all the instructions and demo videos that you need to complete them.

You can expect 1 walk/hike/cardio-based workout each week that is focused on using the strength we build to improve our cardio activity.

These activities will encourage you to focus on improving your distance while increasing the weight you carry in your pack each week.

+ Do I have to sign a contract?

Not even a little one. When you want to be out, email us to cancel the subscription, no questions asked, and you won't be charged for the following month.

+ Do I need a gym membership or any equipment?

For now, The FIRED UP workouts will use a set of dumbbells, although most exercises could be substituted with heavy household items. Example: milk jugs filled with rice.

The hiking/cardio activites will require a decent pair of shoes and if you want to add weight, a backpack.

2- I, Lucy Dunne, am not responsible for any injury you may experience doing these workouts. As always, you should consult with a medical doctor about what routines are best for you. These workouts are not meant for minors and are intended for adults.
