Makes 4 burgers.
Ingredients:
2 cups ground beef/lean turkey
1 large carrot - shredded
1 large yellow onion - finely chopped
1 egg - beaten
½ cup Sour Cream & Dill pickle chips - crushed
Large pinch of black pepper
Large pinch dried dill
Optional: Whole grain sprouted bun
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
In a large bowl combine meat, onion, carrots, egg and chips. Use hands to mix and form into approx. 4 large patties.
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for approx. 25 minutes, turning once.
Optional: Serve with bun or on lettuce leaf. Enjoy!
